About

This blog is basically my internet home, where I can express my opinions and discuss my projects, and hopefully others can join in, I really do appreciate the company. Think of it as like a house, only on the internet. Until April 26th 2015, this site was known as SMAGIC, but I re-branded it into Stef’s Cave.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve had strong opinions, but those were related to things which you may call petty as an adult. As my teen years progressed, I gained more knowledge in the field of religion, politics, gaming, and all the other crap. Eventually, I had a blogging exercise in college. Everyone else made theirs to pass the exercise. However, after the exercise, I re-purposed this site into what you see today. This site is now an outlet for the things I could never say in the real world, things that hopefully will be said in the real world one day.

It has become apparent that I have a highly strong opinions on the media, education, politics and culture, among other things. I favour reason, individualism, freedom and capitalism. I despise collectivism and authoritarianism, no matter where it comes from, but I have particularly passionate disdain for the far-left, which I feel is corrupting society and leading to the march of self-destruction. For me, the ultimate divide is between individualism and collectivism. As a conservative libertarian, I value the right of an individual to choose for oneself, and I firmly believe in reducing the power of the state. For other opinions and new ideas, please browse through the site. I don’t judge you for your opinions, so if you’ve got something to say, please say it.

  1. Is there any way I could send you an email or anything? I really loved your thoughts on repressing the inner child, society’s need to make people hide emotions, and really, a lot of stuff you wrote on society and parents. If you’re cool with that, let me know. I’d love to have a great discussion with you if you’re up for it.

    • Firstly, I must apologize for the lateness of my replies. I’m usually quite busy. Secondly, I’d like to have this discussion too, but because this is a very public site of commentary, I am very reluctant to tell you my address, and I have no idea if WordPress has a private messaging feature.

      • Oh no I totally understand the sentiment. I don’t like freely giving away my email in public either. Wasn’t sure if there was a private messaging feature since I’m relatively new to wordpress. And don’t worry about the late reply. I know that everyone is busy right now.

  2. Hey! I noticed you post about gaming and movies, would you be interested in being part of Moviepilot’s platform?

Let me know if you have any interest! If not, sorry for bothering you 🙂
